Full Moon in August
The full moon in August is called the Full Sturgeon Moon, as the Native Americans in the NE area did their best fishing then.
Still thinking of the good times my fish had last month.....
Amazing how all three of them built this fort for hours.....

I'll look for the moon, but I'm so freakin' giddy it's raining here, I'm not going to mind missing it if it's too cloudy. Oh sweet relief!

Love the pix and the info. about tonight's full moon. Busy watching Molly the Owl on ustream, crazy! I agree with Lawyer Mom, that kid at the end is like a male model, and look at that smile! I think it's great how they have fun together as bros!

When we were at the beach the last few days, the blue crabs were thick and the moon was fat. It was lovely.
I saw the moon. It was beautiful, but from my view it was covered with clouds half the time.
WE have had the BIGGEST moon ever (last night and tonight)! I thought of YOU and all your great info about the moon..then I hopped on your blog and I learned more!

Have I told you that I always think of you whenever I notice the moon? And that last one was a DOOZY on my kids! They were all NUTS! Things have calmed down now :)
